Julian Zunarelli is a leader within the industrial real estate capital markets and has a proven track record in executing
the sales process at the highest level. He has relationships with the most active and well-capitalized industry
participants who own and operate throughout the United States.
Prior to founding Zunarelli Capital Advisors, Julian was a Senior Advisor with Marcus & Millichap's Institutional Property Advisors Division, based in Downtown Chicago, where he
focused on the sale and recapitalization of both single and multi-asset industrial property sales.
